Bill Mason is a licensed Associate Broker in British Columbia. The Associate Broker designation is a higher level licence than most other agents. He has been in the real estate business over 35 years, and received many awards. Bill has been recognized by our community and the local real estate field.

Bill Mason received his business education at UBC and BCIT. In his early career, Bill worked in the real estate team at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada securing new restaurant sites and real estate management of existing facilities in Western Canada. Following his extensive commercial real estate experience, Bill has been mainly focused on residential real estate. Professionally looking after the needs of his clients is very important to Bill, and he treats each new challenge with respect and diligence.

Growing up, and living on the North Shore most of his life, Bill has incredible knowledge of the communities in Great Vancouver. Practising real estate business for decades, Bill has keen market insight, and helps his clients to achieve their highest expectation.

Bill's focuses on marketing, legal documentation and negotiation. These qualities have allowed him to provide extensive professional services over 40 years.
